Barbados

Trying to be loyal to USAir but cannot locate any flight options from PHL to BGI in May. I think USAir used to fly to BGI. Am I missing something?
Thank you for advise or help.

You can continue to be loyal to USAir, but only via CLT and only on Saturday mornings.

Does not look like they have it in May.

USAir has been screwing us via BGI for ages. I stopped going there.

Didn't they have direct flight to BGI? Is it seasonal?

Correct - Looking at the schedules, US 1131/1132 will not operate after April 30, but is back June 4. Saturdays only. Is May a low season in BGI?

The last flight of 2013 is August 17. Any idea if US will resume service to Barbados next winter? Looking to burn Hilton points somewhere sunny and warm next winter

i was looking for the same thing for December. nothing's loaded, apparently.

i would assume it would be a mid to high level award redemption, anyway?

I don't know. I was able to book two tickets CLT-STT (on the same flights! each way!) in late January 2014 at 30k miles (low level) r/t, so Barbados is off my radar. Good luck.

Well, the good news is that AA serves BGI nicely from JFK and MIA....

yes, but would be much more convenient for me to fly 45 minutes from home out of one of two airports instead of driving to ATL and having to stay an extra night. can't really complain about spending 29k avios RT on it, tho, with many more flight options
