Need 250 Dividend Miles Quick

After US made a surprise adjustment to my DM Account, I now find myself needing 250 more Dividend Miles in order to reach the reward level I want after I take advantage of the double transfer miles offer. Given this, I have 2 questions. First, what is the quickest way to get 250 (hopefully cheap or free) miles into my DM account considering partner posting times, etc.? Secondly, using the Double transfer miles, generally how long does it take those miles to post? Thanks for any assistance.

The transfer miles show up almost instantly and the bonus on top show up right after. Less than 2 hours when I've done it.

On whatever flight you are taking for DEQM confirm stand-by on a less direct routing?

purchase or transfer miles appear in hours. probably not worth the processing fee for just a few miles however.

You can hold a reservation 3 days and go out and dine at once!
