Upgrade question? PHL to SJO

Hi everyone,

Great site, first time post. I recently made Silver Preferred (thanks to work) and have a question on upgrading. I have a ticket from PHL to SJO that I booked with miles. What options (if any) do I have for upgrading to first class besides using more miles?

Thanks,

Saeta78

Getting a sympathic GA... maybe getting an op-up because they can sell your seat in the back.

Other than that, not a lot.
