Upgrades purchased by mistake!
About a week ago, I purchased upgrades whilst browsing USAIRWAYS website by mistake, reedeming 10,000 miles for.
Fact is that it is a mistake and want those miles credited to my account. I emailed USairways' csr a couple of times, but haven't got any reply yet (the miles haven't been credited either).
