Award Booking Fare Classes
I know this has been discussed before, but I did a search and did not easily find it. (probably used the wrong search terms.) Does anyone know the fare classes for award tickets for coach, business and first class that would show up on americanexpress/ITN? Thanks.

Domestic First Class Award: D
Not sure about international or partner awards; but am pretty sure that neither one of these will show on ITN.
