SWU Waitlist Problems
I recently tried to use my SWU’s for an upcoming trip to CDG and was told that the waitlist was closed. While some waitlists are long, I’d never heard of one being closed. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who said while upgrade seats may not be available, the lists are never closed and that a computer glitch was precluding outbound international upgrade lists. Has anyone else come across this problem?
