e-upgrade summary question

e-upgrade summary question
Aloha...how come www.megaproxy.com works
for checking my e-upgrade account when
I can't "get in" normally ? I have tried
from many locations and many different
computers to access e-upgrade with no
luck except on a megaproxy like service
so it can't be a cookie thing. I have
emailed and called United, they have
no idea what I'm talking about.....

This issue is being done to death in another thread (sorry can't figure out how to get the URL).
For many people E-upgrade summary is broken but megaproxy works. No one can seem to figure out why. United seems to have no ideas what to do.
It's is a weird problem.
