I think that it is absolutely certain that a U.S. flag carrier adopting the El Al approach would be subjected to government penalties and numerous successful lawsuits.

And I think that if we profile certain groups and ignore 80-year-old invalids, the terrorists will either find a way to recruit 80-year-old invalids, or use them to unknowingly transport bombs, etc.
