Capability to "Flag" elites in System

After reading another thread and thinking back on some past experiences...I am curious as to the ability for gate agents etc to flag comments on elites in the mileage plus database.

Does any one know how flagging works and in general what type of comments are posted on elites?

Also, if one requests, does Mileage Plus customer service (I would assume supervisors)
have the ability to print out and or tell a requester what comments are on his or her record?

I hope you know this will go down on your permanent record

I think it is easy to make notations in the PNR for your current trip, but in the MP account itself is more difficult.

True if you are talking about your future reservations linked to your MP# (but even that can be donealthough it is rare) but not true of the MP Service Center. They create a record of every time you call in and what you asked about or wanted. But I dn't think it would flag you unless they were flagging you for fraud or something, it would just be comments in your record. I think.

Then of course the next question is, can we get to those records for our accounts somehow? Some back door they didn't want us to find?
