I have a ticket purchased September 1 which cost $150(after discount certificate was used). It is for a flight(domestic)on September 28. Ticket is indicated as non-refundable. In telephone conversations agent said only option if I don't fly on 28th is to pay $100 for change. That means $150 would now cost $250. I asked about voucher and was told not possible. Spoke to Customer Relations and same response. I realize that this is "small peanuts" in comparison to horrors on the 11th. But any ideas as to how I might avoid the $100 charge? Many thanks.

Yes, use the ticket and take the trip. You booked it, use it or quit crying the blues. Them's the rules...
