Non Upgradeable Fare
Due to a flight cancellation with another Star Member i have been placed on a UA flight LHR to ORD in June in Q class.The MP Premier desk says this is an Non Upgradeable fare and the best he can offer is Economy Plus.Any tips on how to use Miles for an Upgrade or if not what is the best seats for 2 passengers in Economy Plus on a 747?

Answer to Seawolf-The ticket is a competition winner ticket with a Star Carrier and i have been booked on to UA as "Invol Reroute"

That could be tough since most low-cost/award tickets are non-upgradeable.

And Wudy unless you have high MP status sadly you cannot pre-book exit rows either.

Just called MP Premier Desk and they gave me 32F+G Bulkhead even though in Q class.
And yes UA959 still to have reconfiguration.
