Is Dash dead?
Does anyone know - anyone seen or heard anything from them lately?

SAS doesn't like to fly them because they have many little problems (eg, false alarm, pressurization, etc).
They are still very commonly used in community route. In fact, they are best turboprop planes ever created.

Sorry, I meant Dash.com - the company that was supposed to give us extra miles for shopping, surveys etc - If you go to Uniteds website their is no longer any mention or affiliation with them?

There's a separate thread going about this. I called and emailed severals departments at UA about DASH. One response said UA can't intervene, another suggested I keep calling DASH. DASH's phone is merely an answering machine. Their email for support is a never-ending loop, you email them, they send an automatic reply suggesting you look at the FAQs, if FAQs don't help, click on a link, which in turn re-emails you the same email!
One late reply from UA customer service indicated they would follow-up and investigage!? Got that one two days ago.
DASH is based out of MA. We could contact MA's attorney general, and since DASH is an internet company we could contact the US attorney's office.
