United Connection (Web) and E+ Seating
Maybe I'm missing something, but as a 2P I can't seem to reserve seats via the United Connection web site in the E+ seating section. Is there a trick? I'm logged in as myself.
As an aside, for how many non-premier members can one premier member get advance seating in E+ when they are traveling with the premier member on the same PNR?
Thanks!

In my experience, the short answer to your second question is one (1) other person.
I am 1P and my wife is 2P. That's never a problem when we fly just the two of us together, of course. But when I make a res with friends added who dont have status, it always requires the intervention of a CS supervisor, even though I can upgrade one and she can upgrade one.
When I call to get seating assignments (and this was true for "premier zone" let alone E+) the agent cannot (or never knows how to)do it. I guess the system can't properly see my wifes 2P status in order to upgrade the second person. The agent goes off the phone for a while and then comes back and its all set.
