Depending On Partners...

The practice of leaving the SE (i.e. FL) to US leaves people stuck on the few United flights in a pinch when the flights get canceled. Should UA rebook these passengers on the codeshare flights with US?-- specifically ones that have United numbers.

The family's supposed to fly today from TPA (at 3) but their flight got canceled. Only 1 snagged a seat on the later flight.. others are going to airport 'confirmed' as the agent said. United is still selling plenty of connecting seats through CLT & PHL.

Depending on the reason for the cancellation vs. available options, UA will probably put them on US if they can.
