Ive asked UA for her email, but only got a fax number (847) 700 2214. I sent her a fax about a recent UA blooper. While she did not respond, I got a standard letter with an upgrade voucher.... not what I expected, but its at least something.

This was posted here about 2 months ago but a search does not show it .. sorry.

You need the middle name initial.

It was [email protected] if I REMEMBER .. someone else may have noted it at the time?

It probably does not follow the normal United convention. I would imagine that she would get quite a few e-mail from people complaining about items. Try it without the middle initial??

Works without the middle initial. Just tried and got an "auto reply", that Denise is out of her office till 9/27 with no access to her email.
"Please try my alternates Brad Unnasch or Larry Fagan" Hope, they won't need the middle initial, too.

Bernie - what email did you send it to? Please let me know. I tried Larry Fagen with no look (did not go through). And no, no luggage complaint, just a suggestion.

dcpremex - look at bernie's post above, he said it worked without the middle initial just that she is out of the office.

I tried Bernie's suggestion and it didn't work. I was hoping someone had a different idea. I really need to send her some email (not a complaint) and I can't seem to find the proper address.
