Statements?
 

The last one I got was Sep 17th to Oct 15th. Anybody get one more recent?

Good question. I forgot about the statements since I have been watching the miles online.... But where are my upgrade coupons.. hmmmmmmm and my confirmable upgrades from last quarter...

I called Mileage Plus the other day for this very reason - was told that the next statement, covering 10/15/00-1/4/00, would be mailed next week. (She gave me an exact date, which I forget - perhaps 1/24 or 1/26?)

No statement here either. UA seems to be getting worse on this matter over the years. At least we can view it online http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Statement? I THINK I've heard of those. Can't say as I've seen one, though...

Not only NO statement, my Dining for Miles and hotel ff miles have failed to appear online for the past month. Time to get out the receipts...

Ditto - thank heavens for the online statement.

Ling-- I'm having similar problems. For the first time my Dining for Miles are not posting (one from last month posted, but not any others), and neither are my hotel miles.

I'm just glad that I had enough upgrades built up from before to last this dry spell....

This makes me feel a lot better. After discussing statements (and more importantly the accompanying upgrades) with johna at brunch last week, I was beginning to think UAL had a personal grudge against me. It is a relief to know that they fairly mistreat everybody. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

I keep having dreams that someday I'll come home from work and find my mailbox stuffed with coupon books. They now owe me 7 books. I know for sure that Joe hasn't stolen them because he always cons me out of miles to upgrade.

Oh well, soon I'll get them all (I hope, I hope, I hope!)
