2 segment flights to DC?

I live in the Warren Ohio area, and basically have 3-4 airports at my disposal that are all roughly within an hour. They are Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Akron-Canton, and possibly Youngstown although United stopped serving that airport.

Is anyone aware of a method that I can use to swing four segments per week flying to a DC airport? Also it would probably be Reagan. I know that I can do this on my preferred airline (CO) but my company prefers United, and when I am no longer working in DC, I might be glad that I built United Segments.

Should be easy...

You could do CLE-ORD-DCA or PIT-ORD-DCA & back. That would give you 4 segs. on either.

In fact, to get to DCA on UA, you'll HAVE to do as Shadow suggests.

Another (probably lower cost) alternative is to fly xxx-IAD-BWI on United Express (Atlantic Coast). Advantage: you won't be tempted to upgrade the short flights since you'll be on puddle-jumpers. And the 500 miles you get for the 15 minute IAD-BWI is one of the best miles/minute deal around! Disadvantage: you'll end up in Baltimore, not Washington and service on ACA pretty much sucks .

kokonutz,
That's assuming it's running....Seems the last few weeks the early BWI->IAD flight has been canceled (seems that they can't consistently get a pilot up to BWI that early in the AM. Back in Dec they postponed the Mon 6AM flight, canceled my 8AM as they had to put a pilot on a taxi and run him up for the 6AM hop, so they just put me on the postponed 6AM. Then when I landed at IAD they canceled my flight to RDU.

On New Years day, my son was flying on one of my awards andwas flying DTW->IAD then IAD to BWI. Well I get a call from him that they cancelled the flight to BWI and he was stuck at the airport. So off I went for the drive, luckily traffic was at a minimum.

You are right, ACA sucks.
