strange bonus/problems posting

just looked at my online report--

1. Mysterious 1000 bonus for using First Card Trips Plus (travel agency hooked up with First Card). Got the correct bonus miles for the booking, but got an extra 1000 miles (first time use?)

2. Missing miles, LH flight ticketed as UA, TXL-FRA in February. Other 5 segments show.

3. Missing 2x premier miles on ORDFRA, LH flight ticketed as UA (Rudi's known problem)

4. Strange anomaly--mileage on LH ORDFRA is 4332, but on UA FRAORD is 4344--?????

This is not an exact science!!!

for problems with LH as carrier, UA as mileage plus-programm and UA as flight-number = your problems 2) and 3) write to (with the appropiate document copies):

Miss Mary Hanke
Mileage Plus Representative
United Airlines (Germany)
Geleitstrasse 25
DE 60599 Frankfurt a/ Main
Germany

The mileage differences (UA-LH) will remain.

For the MISSING credits... follow Rudi's address and write or call Lufthansa or United.

As for the bonus credits... well if I were you I would act like Chelshire cat, smile and say nothing and know it's 1K miles closer to an upgrade or free ticket.

ENJOY JAMIEL!
