Singapore Airlines to Join Star Alliance?
The USA Today's Asian Business Travel Bonus Section last week indicated that Singapore Airlines was going to join Star Alliance. Has anyone heard anything else about that?

next one to join are Ansett (Australia) and Air New Zealand as per april-1-99. And later in 1999 ANA.

There are rumours...and the indication is that SQ will eventually join. The question is when.
