There's no flight that arrives in Tokyo before noon, is there?

Not that I can think of, which is why there is no Arrivals Suite.

Not to beat a dead horse, but try the Hilton Athletic Club. It was $10 or $6 if you'rea HH club member. They provide towels and soap. You might want to bring some shower flip-flops to wear. They have hair dryers, etc.

I use it when connecting >3 hours in ORD. Would not try it with much less than 2 hours connecting time, as security can be tough. YMMV.

Good luck, but I think you'll need to escalate to get anywhere, and even then you'll be lucky.

Did anyone flying paid F on this (or any Canada-USA) route ever get an Arrivals invite?
