Does anyone know about bonus miles with code shares between LH and US?
I am flying to PHL on a US bough ticket which is "operated" by LH. Does anyone know if I will get the bonus miles since it is a intl LH flight?

You should. By the time it gets to MP, they typically can't tell it was once a codeshare.
