paper to e-ticket

I have UA stock paper tickets issued on some PDX-PHX-SJC-PHX-PDX. It's paper because the PHX-SJC-PHX is on the HP part of US and UA has no ticketing agreement with HP.

My question is: Is there any way to convert these paper tix to e-tix either on US or UA?

Not with UA, maybe with US but it isn't worth it.
