Hello,

I was looking at the "availability" of a flight and it says the following.

R1 X1 N4

Does this mean there are 6 seats left? What do the different codes mean? I assume they are ticket classes but do not know if they are high/low. This is for a crj flight that leaves in 3 1/2 weeks.

I will not know until next week if I have to book it or not. Can someone help me determine if I should book it now before it goes up and risk eating the $100 change fee if I do not take the flight?

It looks like you're looking at award availability, and not revenue ticket availbility. R1 means there's one (1) First Class award seat (XF) available. X1 means there one (1) First Class upgrade (NF) available. N4 means there are four (4) Economy Class award seats (XY) available.

This thread (linked from the FAQ) shuold answer all your other questions.
