Official E-Upgrade Expiration Date

Official E-Upgrade Expiration Date
I have a few 500-mile upgrades that were issued last September 18. My next flights will be on September 28. Assuming the upgrade clears of course, I would want to use those 500-milers on this flight. I thought that they would expire on September 30, but .bomb says e-upgrades are valid one year from issuance. So my question is, when exactly will these 500-milers expire and will I have an opportunity to use these for this flight?

The e500s are valid thru the end of the expiration month.

from my experiences, the 500 e-upgrades expire at the end of the month, not based on the date of issuance.
