Paper SWU question
If a fellow FTer has given me a paper SWU (that he got from a downgrade) with his name on it, can I just present the cert at check in?
Or, does he need to somehow authorize my use of it?
Thanks a lot.

There should be something written on it about transferability. If it is transferable, it still never hurts to have a "gift" letter from your friend.

If it is a CS SWU (as is given in case of downgrade) then they are transferrable, IIRC.

It does say it is transferrable, I would just like to avoid any surprises at the airport.
