Would be willing to guest someone at United club......mostly at ORD. Don't know how to go about this, do you leave msg at club? What if delayed, please tell me the procedure. I will be in and out of ORD the next two months very often.

I have push email and I get email notification of my FT PMs, so I typically just tell the person needing access to PM me when they are near the door. Then I go down and meet them and tell the concierge that I'm adding a guest.

It might work to leave a name at the desk but I've never tried so can't comment on that avenue.

Request for couple of Brits (you will love the accents!) to be hosted pre-flight in a lounge at YVR on 7 August (AC 554, 16.30) to LAX.

I always post my availability (as you can see above). People will PM if your availability fits their schedules. At that point, I exchange phone number via PM and will keep in contact day of. I did once have to leave before the person I was guesting arrived. When I first arrived, I let the folks at the counter that my friend would be arriving and gave them his name. I had already left for my flight, but I believe they let him in anyway.

I've guested people in randomly, also.

I may have a lot of time between flights today around 5:00 pm if anyone is available to guest 1 or 2 in.

My flight into LAX is a little late now and if much later will miss my connection and have to wait 90 mins or so for the next flight.
