I too used to be paranoid about missing the call from UA
but then EasyUpdate came along.
It's been fairly reliable notifying me about upgrade requests... Same for everyone else?

2. With e-coupons and requests for upgrades, this mechanisms works without the need for notification. It just happens within the specified time period based on MP seniority and also reflected in the my itin. How reliable is my itin. to show the upgrade if MP doesn't contact me at all - as some FT have noted the hit-or-miss nature of the contact?
