Anyone know whats up with the e-upgrade summary at UAL.com? I have been getting error messages for about a week when trying to get my summary.

Not sure "what's up" with the summary, but I AM sure that UA IT hasn't got a clue whatsoever.

There's a lengthy post on this--I'd run a search except I'm on a dial-up right now.

When I wrote UA, here was the mildly humorous response.

Cute, huh?!?!?

I have had no problems getting to my upgrade summary page for quite a while now. Checked this morning to make sure the last round of 500 milers had posted. No problems and they were posted. Of course now that I have said this I am sure to have jinxed myself for the next time I want to look
