Just a quick update- My itin finally ticketed on Friday, and Sat night I put in for the 20,000 mile upgrades (where possible). NRT-IAD confirmed instantly- yey lie-flat biz! IAD-SFO confirmed today, and SFO-HKG is still waitlisted, but the agent said there are more open seats than people on the waitlist, so I have a shot.
