Why did I just get a single regional upgrade posted to my account?

Why did I just get a single regional upgrade posted to my account?
I thought these things only arrived in pairs and yet, a single, lonesome one just appeared in my ua.com account.
Any thoughts?

perhaps someone you sponsored cancelled their flight or got bumped?

Occansional (only remember a few reported cases on FT over a few years) a single CR1 has been used as compensation for a downgrade or some other significant issue.

None that I can think of, and I certainly haven't written to complain about anything.
I also got two regional upgrades in my CO account (the two are linked) around the time when the total hit 75,000 EQMs. I wonder if they tried to split them and just made a mistake. I also have a "used" SWU which has not been taken from my CO account yet after I upgraded a UA flight.
It see,s the systems are all wonky at the moment.

I haven't gotten my SWUs or CR1s and my flight was Nov 4th, and miles got posted Nov 15th.
I called them and told me it will "soon" arrive

Seriously, am I going to have to expect this kind of delay when CO takes over everything??? Maximum 2 days between flying and miles posting on UA.

Do you have any other future flights that you applied other CR1's to? I would check them carefully if you did and make sure there is no changes to the confirmed or waitlisted UG status.
