i never fly in the USA and that s why my question will sound weird to many of you

i m a gold *A and was wondering if it s possible to use the *A lounge when flying economy in the USA (internal flight)

Yes, since your *G comes from LH, you can use all lounges in the U.S. as long as you're flying on a *A flight.
