Partial EQS?
Just checked mileageplus.com. Status miles (EQM) is correct. Status segments (EQS) shows 31.5! Selecting it, I get:
Flight with United and United Express 31.0
Flight with airline partners 0.0
Bonus for promotions and booking codes 0.5
How and why partial EQS? Is it because I had to sit in a RJ-E145 going IAD-EWR mid-day yesterday with a full load? Not to mention the cabin temperature and insistence that some passengers had in trying to carry on bags that don't fit and a GA who didn't maintain control over the red carpet!
At this rate, I'll make 1P in 28.5 more segments!

Any IRROPs involved? The .5 segment probably came when a gate agent "rebooked" you into a full Y fare (saves time), instead of placing you in your orginal fare bucket.

Agree it was likely a class of service bonus. When you fly full fare Y, you get 1.5 segments for each actual segment you fly. And no, certainly not a bonus for surviving a flight in an E45, but perhaps there should be one for those aircraft and for the CRJ-200s.
