Problems to PEK?
I'll be traveling to PEK in E (award ticket) this Sat via ORD. I booked the ticket using US miles. In the event something goes wrong (delayed flight, missed connection, reaccomodation needs, etc), who be better equipped to help you? Would I have better luck if I called US (I'm Gold Pref) vs UA (no status)? It seems if you have probems while traveling an an award ticket you are at the bottom of the food chain.

I'd say call US because you have status, but there's no comp for anything on an award ticket.
