Ghost Itineraries and 'Hold Itineraries' function
While logging on to see if there was confirmed upgrade availability on my single itinerary on ual.com, I noticed there there's another itinerary there that I never purchased (or even looked at)under my itineraries. Any idea where this is from?
Also, there is a heading called "Held Itineraries" - I thought this function was only for select 1Ks?
