Interesting UA website error (ghost of e500s)

I booked an MR for SFO-JFK-LAX-SFO. My stay in JFK is about 7.5 hours, and when I requested upgrades for CR1s, it thought of it as SFO-JFK-LAX as oneway and said it will take only one CR1 to confirm. Unfortunately, only return was confirmed, but only 1 cr1 was pulled. I heard of it happening with E-500s (it feels so weird... nobody talks about it anymore.) has this happened to anyone else on other instruments?

I've never heard of it happening with a >4 hour layover (the domestic limit), but it has been reported with all types of upgrade instruments.

Have had that happen a lot - as long as it's same-day, it doesn't need to be under 4hrs.

+1. I have had this same thing happen to me before as well, also on a ~7 hour layover.
