Common Problem...is there an answer..
I guess this is more frustrating than anything else, but being loyal to UAL for myself and my company I find myself not only making tickets for my own travel, but booking tickets for my employees as well. This is an all too common occorunce, and I enjoy doing it, but...Has anyone ever heard of UAL rewarding those who log in and buy tickets for their employees or family members? It just seems logical that there should be some reward bonus for buying tickets thru united without having to be the one traveling?
Thanks as usual...

Gosh, if they offered a bonus of that nature...I'd probably never have to pay for my travel again.
Conceptually this is a great idea. And UA to a degree implements this "pass the word" type of bonus. If you have a friend sign up for MP, you get bonus miles; if you have a friend get the MP Visa, you get bonus miles. Yet nothing for having your friend spend some CASH with UA!
The only problem with this...you can align yourself with other UA flying buddies, book each other's reservations, and abuse the program.

And if they do decide to this, could I please book all of Oz's & PremEx's travel?

I've heard of people like that, I believe they are called travel agents
While United doesn't offer it as far as I know, some other airlines offer affiliate programs (as do travelocity and expedia, etc) where if you use your link to get to the site you get a percent or two of the ticket back as cash.
You could always take the TA route and tack a $15 service fee on the price you give them.

As CarmelGreg noted, if you are the Travel Mananger for your company and control a lot of UA travel (probably six-figures or more) a year, then you are probably "UGS Material".
And before you ask what UGS is, a search of the topic will bring up tons of threads explaining it.

PSA (Pacific Southwest Airlines) used to do something like this.
They had a promo where your secretary or other that made travel plans for you also earned frequent flyer miles!
In fact, they had a great TV commercial on this promo. It was very funny and I often think about it when I think of Mileage/Segment runners that go waaaay outta their way to earn miles.
It starts off with grumpy secretary denying a request from her boss to book a ticket, and ends with her delighted to book not only a ticket...but a ticket from here to there to here to there to...well...you'll get the idea. Enjoy.
