I can help on this one.
You need 25k EQM's to get premier (2P)
You need 50k EQM's to get premier exec (1p)
Complimentary 500 milers are only given to those with tier status.

Thanks for your help! So I am assuming that if I have 9,000 miles towards my next upgrade set on December 31, 2003 and I have a transcon on Jan 1, 2004, I will not get the 4 complimentary upgrades because the clock expires on December 31?
