Re-initiation of Second Flight to SIN
As many contributors to this board already know, October 26 is the date for the re-initiation of the second flight to SIN (UA 805/806). This translates into an additional 260 economy seats on a daily basis arriving and departing Changi Int'l.
Therefore, I was surprised to find SIN was not a destination listed on this week's e-fares. Is it possible that UA is not having difficulty filling this extra capacity?

I'm on 805 on the 27th and can't get E+ seats, can't get on the upgrade list and was just told that it's oversold by a few seats.
I'd say they're doing fine at least that day!

Things are extremely busy in Asia during October and November, due to a number of major national holidays in both the PRC and ROC, and then there are the convention seasons with many people going to China and Hong Kong for conventions, so seats to various Asian cities are very tight...
I guess UA restarts the flight at the right time!

Well, hopefully in November we'll see SIN as a destination on the weekly e-fare listing. In March of this year I snagged it for $479.
