I notice as of now that when you try to use Award Travel to see the I bucket, instead of it saying no flights available you get this splash screen saying cannot process request. I got this for multiple dates and multiple destinations ex-SFO.

My HOPE is that this "unable to process" message means that I.T. and Inventory Mgmt are working on fixing whatever "bug" is in the system!!
