E-certificates?
I tried to use an e-certificate today with no luck on the website. So I called web support and they said something is wrong w/the whole website and even they couldn't ticket it for me on the phone. Has anyone been successful using an e-certificate today? Just debating if I should call back or if I'll just be wasting my time and I really do need to wait.

Same issue earlier today. My ticket isn't until later this year, so decided no rush to ticket now.

I guess it's not a huge deal, but it is annoying that .bomb never seems to work properly.

I wouldn't say "never." It had been stable for many months.
Since their last update a couple weeks ago, they've been having several issues, and it seems that they're stumbling over themselves, breaking new things as they fix others.

And I wish it hadn't worked for me on Monday. Used an e-cert on Monday and could have saved $145 if I were to do it today.

website problems
I am having problems with website too - trying to upgrade a flight using SWU. An agent can do it over the phone but cannot do it using the website.
