FF Ticket
I am holding tickets using United miles but flying Lufthansa....if United ceases to fly, will Lufthansa honor my ticket.

They are under no legal obligation to.
They might well.
When Ansett went under, it took awhile but most award tickets on other airlines were eventually honored.
