Well yes technically you're suppose to get 5 more inches of legroom. But since you'll be on a 744 to SIN, it may not quite feel that way due to the cramped feel of a 747.

I flew SFO-LHR in a non E+ 777 in early August, and SFO-NRT-SIN-NRT-SIN in mid August in a E+ 744 and believe me you notice the difference...
