NRT connection
I will be making a NH to NH flight in DEC and I was wondering is there any way to go to the SQ lounge in Terminal 1 without leaving a secure zone or even going through Immigration.

I asked the same question a while ago:

I never did it as I ended up flying UA.

Flew thru NRT yesterday on UA. I found the SQ lounge in the same terminal near gate 11, one floor up. Was much less crowded than the RCC and had nicer snack selection, including B & J's ice cream, but not the draft beer. Not sure how this relates to your connecting NH/NH, but hope it helps nevertheless.

Possible but not worth your trouble.
