E-Upgrade summary "type" question

E-Upgrade summary "type" question
I just opened the "E-Upgrade summary" page and for the first time have 3 upgrade types listed. In the past it's just been the "500-mile Complimentary" row. Now I have "Confirmed North America" and "500-mile Purchased" listings. I understand that I can purchase the 500-mile upgrades at any time. My question is why as a Premier Executive would they now start listing "Confirmed North America" when I can not earn these?

I think it's just their current formatting. I'm a 2P, so I've got even less chance of seeing an HK49, and I've got those listings as well...

Also, you can be a 1K one year, earn them late in the year, and then not requalify the next year and still have them valid in your bank.

It's not totally impossible as a 2P. We got one last year for a downgrade on a segement that was confirmed with miles. Yes, they should have given us the Customer Service types, but I guess we got a nice chap at the IAD RCC
