I just opened the "E-Upgrade summary" page and for the first time have 3 upgrade types listed. In the past it's just been the "500-mile Complimentary" row. Now I have "Confirmed North America" and "500-mile Purchased" listings. I understand that I can purchase the 500-mile upgrades at any time. My question is why as a Premier Executive would they now start listing "Confirmed North America" when I can not earn these?
