Baggage charges
Booked 4 tickets with no status family members. All booked with seats assigned in E+ and confirmation showing no charge for any bags. Was offered upgrade and accepted - PNR Split when upgrade taken. Tickets still show them in assigned E+ seats but now there is a baggage charge for each one. Is this normal? Any options for getting this back to no charge? Thank you
