General discussion of UA's inflight service (Domestic / International, all cabins)

Does anyone know, if I'm in Economy on a domestic flight and order a gin & Tonic, will there be limes available or are they only offered up front?

Lime packets have been the norm lately. Meaning a lime concentrate sprinkled in the drink. It works.

Limes aren't as important to UA as they are to me, when it comes to gin tonics. Flying The Best Airline in the World? Bring your own lime packets.

Why stop there? Bring your own food is applicable these days.

There are definitely real limes on Premium Transcon flights lately.

Per United Instagram (2:40pm ET), the Polaris sundae cart is back. Currently only ex-SFO, all long-haul Int’l next month.

I admit my first reaction was to chuckle and think of certain FTers….

Wondering if it will take several months to “roll” out across the network.

That's a huge step in the right direction. IMO that's the best thing they could bring back. Those on short East Cost USA-Europe flghts might disagree.

I flew with United transatlantic five times and they never had IPA that they show on the website!!! Always one kind of beer. Is it just that I am so unlucky?

I've seen all the beers be boarded at various times, but doesn't surprise me they are not consistent with it.

Just flew a long haul in Polaris and then a long haul on Eva. A stark reminder of just how completely broken United’s service culture is.
