Are United PremiumPlus (international) fares refundable? (Business Travel may block)

I went though the united search and checked "refundable" fares. On the results page it shows me only economy as refundable.
Are there no refundable premiumPlus fares?

Here is a refundable PremPlus roundtrip IAD-AMS

This is a round trip, used advance search to select refundable

There are a limited number of columns and selecting refundable after the search only shows the refundable economy but selecting via advance search provides more options

On UA website, click on Advanced Search and then click on Fully refundable for the Type of Fare. Almost every fare class (with basic economy excluded I think) has a refundable option for a higher price.

so, I tried a couple several things

I can't get refundable premium economy for my flights

However, I found this on Expedia for "premium economy".

Flexibility

Refundable
Less any non-refundable fees

No change fees

However, other searches tell me that United PremiumPlus is not refundable by default

that is what I did. But the headers in result only show a "(fully refundable)" option for economy.

I can see refundable fares for all three cabins:

I wonder why you are not seeing this. Can it depend on the browser? I am using Chrome on MacOS.

ok. I figured it out. My account has a corporate plan attached. This gives me lower rates. But...removes some options.
If I remove it a fully refundable premPlus ticket is $3900. On my plan, but non-refundable $2900

This is for
10/19 ORD - ZRH
11/5 Rome-ORD
selo, Warriorconcept and RK23 like this.

So some refundable options are missing if "Business Travel" selected. Do they then shown for "Personal Travel" or "Break from Business" selected, or if not logged in?

Note I see this also but my searches were defaulting to Personal Travel.

yes, some options show up if I select personal, but then with significant higher fare.

Another gotcha I just found out. On the return flight, most choices are not really premiumplus fares under "premiumplus" - "it states "mixed cabin" - which I though refers to some connector flight. But no, most transatlantic are W, V etc.
