Maybe a new poll would be good:
How many PlusPoints do you have expiring on July 31, 2023?
60 here....was trying to use them all up, and it would have almost worked, but had to push back a flight into August.

I booked an itinerary the other day which had PN fares available, so was excited to use some PP for myself, but was cheaper to book straight First, so did that instead.

40 left, I was able to use 20 yesterday to upgrade my mother on a short flight. All in all I can't complain too much, though its a bummer because I have a number of flights in August I would have liked to upgrade.

Was gratefully able to use 140 with STW to UG a domestic tcon or it would've been worse. Oddly, my return flight from the West Coast had a sold-out (And I mean every seat) Y-cabin, but 3 seats went out empty in F. The UG list showed no names. Does this mean that there weren't even any Silvers onboard to catch a CPU? Or that 3 seats were held out of inventory for some reason? I never checked the fare classes because I was confirmed in F with STW.

180 that expire. I think that includes 20 waitlisted on a Saturday morning flight on a route it really should clear on (MCO-IAD) but which it's still waitlisted and didn't offer STW.
Around March, I started using them on every single flight, even when the delta to paid front cabin was way lower than what I consider my threshold to justify buying up. E.g. on regional flights with sub-$150 deltas in price. I've also done exactly as UA wants on a few where it looked like they weren't likely to clear and refared the ticket into F at T-48 (I guess UA really would have preferred I accepted the buy-up, which was offered at double or more the delta of just refaring, though).
