EZE to IAH, are pets allowed in cabin in E or E+?

EZE to IAH, are pets allowed in cabin in E or E+?

Flying with a pet and trying to get confirmation as I found out that AA doesn't allow in cabin pets from Argentina in ANY class of service.

​​​​​​I know pets aren't allowed in Polaris
